Dealing with depression, loneliness, heartbreaks and other negative feelings on your own is difficult, sometimes impossible. Having someone you trust to help you is important. They can help you to face your problems, and give you advice that you would never have realised on your own. A person experiencing this might be in denial, refusing to admit it. This person would help you to face it, so that you can finally start to resolve it.
You might not trust anyone while going through these emotions, believing that the world is against you. You will not dare to tell anyone, or even let them know. When you start to trust this one person, he/she can make arrangements for you to help you, and look after you, making sure that you do not do any silly things that you might have done on your own.
When you find yourself in a position where you think the world is out to get you, one thing to do is find a friend or person that you absolutely trust, and know that they would never want to hurt you. Confide in this person. It is never a good choice to try to struggle through alone.
